Anika Ranadive is an accomplished individual with extensive experience in research, leadership, and community engagement. Currently serving as an IMS Summer Undergraduate Research Student at Sunnybrook, Anika focuses on evaluative clinical sciences within the Department of Cardiac Surgery. As an Assistant Editor and Engagement Lead for the URNCST Journal, Anika contributes to academic discourse while also leading outreach efforts for the Organ Advocacy Initiative as Chapter President. Previous roles include Administrative Coordinator for HOSA Canada, Contributing Writer for Rare Disease Review, and Co-President and VP Fundraising for the McMaster University Biochemistry and Biomedical Discovery Society. Anika's academic journey includes a Doctor of Medicine program at McMaster University and a Bachelor of Health Science in Biochemistry. Further educational achievements span from onset in Bharati Vidyapeeth to completion of Advanced Placement studies at John Fraser Secondary School.
