Mike Powell, BSME, MSIE, PMP, is a seasoned manufacturing and engineering professional with over 30 years of experience in leadership roles. Currently a retired Process Improvement Engineer at Hose Master LLC since March 2019, Mike previously held various significant positions at Swagelok from 1987 to 2018, including Senior Project Manager for Manufacturing Strategies, Engineering Supervisor for Manufacturing Methods, and Manufacturing Plant Manager. During tenure at Swagelok, Mike successfully led multiple corporate manufacturing initiatives, enhanced labor productivity by 25%, and improved equipment productivity by 40% over five years. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University.
