Roy Moonen

Roy Moonen is an accomplished developer and freelance musician with extensive experience in music education, performance, and production. Currently serving as a developer at Freedrum Studio AB since June 2021, Roy Moonen leads concept development for a music learning app and specializes in UI and web design. Since July 2006, Roy Moonen has toured globally as a performing artist and has produced music using software such as Ableton Live, Cubase, and Pro Tools. With a strong background in teaching, Roy Moonen has provided personalized music lessons across various institutions, including Triepels Slagwerk and Arcus College, while also endorsing Zildjian Cymbals and TAMA Drums since 2009. Roy Moonen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance and Music Technology from Fontys Rockacademy, along with multiple qualifications in art and general studies.
