Delphine Gras

Delphine Gras is an experienced data professional currently serving as the Head of Data at Hosman since June 2022. Previously, Delphine worked as a Data Scientist at Meetic from February 2019 to June 2022 and at Canal+ from May 2016 to January 2019, focusing on machine learning applications for marketing, including churn prediction and customer segmentation. Delphine began the career as a Consultant Data Scientist Intern at Veltys in 2015, where models were implemented to estimate the duration of tennis matches, and gained foundational experience as a Data Analyst Intern at Af2i, conducting statistical analysis of member assets. Delphine holds a Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, and data analysis from ENSAE Paris and a Licence degree in Mathematics and IT from Lycée Joffre.
