Karlheinz Mertes

Karlheinz Mertes has work experience at Hosokawa Alpine Aktiengesellschaft. Karlheinz started in 2019 and currently holds the position of Deputy Head of Logistics. Prior to that, they worked as a Produktionsplaner from July 2019 to October 2022. Before joining the company, Karlheinz worked as a Zerspanungsmechaniker from September 2012 to February 2016, and then again from February 2016 to November 2018. In the role, they were responsible for manufacturing complex components using various machining centers, creating NC programs, optimizing existing NC programs, testing new tools and technologies, and overseeing the internal commissioning of a new machining center.

Karlheinz Mertes pursued their education at the Städt. Berufsschule I Augsburg from 2012 to 2016, where they completed their Ausbildung in Zerspanungsmechaniker. Following this, they enrolled in the IHK Akademie Schwaben from 2018 to 2019, specializing in Industriemeister with a focus on Fachrichtung Metall.
