Robin Steele, BSN, RN, CPHRM, CHC has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Beginning in 2000, Robin worked at Kindred Healthcare in various roles including State Director of Risk Management, Director of Enterprise Risk and Compliance Systems, State Director of Risk Management, District Director of Clinical Operations, Director of Nursing Services, RN Case Manager, and MDS Coordinator. In 2018, Robin moved to Signature Healthcare as a Clinical Risk Manager. Following that, Robin worked at American Senior Communities as the VP of Compliance from 2019 to 2022. Robin's most recent position was at Surety Compliance as the Director of Compliance from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Robin is serving as the Director of Quality, Compliance, and Accreditation at Hosparus Health.

Robin began their education in 1989 at Ivy Tech Community College-Southeast, where they pursued a degree in Practical Nursing. Robin completed their LPN program in 1990. After gaining practical experience, they decided to further their education and enrolled at Ivy Tech Community College-Southeast again in 1993. This time, they pursued an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree, which they successfully completed in 1994. Robin's commitment to advancing their career in nursing did not stop there. In 2014, they enrolled in Chamberlain College and pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, which they successfully completed in 2016. With their diverse educational experiences, including LPN, ASN, and BSN, Robin has equipped herself with a comprehensive understanding of nursing practices and theory.
