Virginia (Ginger) Marshall has an extensive work experience in the field of hospice and palliative care. Virginia (Ginger) Marshall completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1980 to 1982. Virginia (Ginger) then pursued a Master's degree in Nursing Science at the University of Pennsylvania, completing it from 1997 to 1998. In addition to their degrees, they obtained certification as an Advanced Certified Hospice Palliative Nurse from the Hospice Palliative Credentialing Center in 2005.
