A native of WNY, David joined Hospice after serving in nursing leadership roles in area healthcare organizations for over two decades, including Catholic Health, BestSelf Behavioral Health, and Erie County Department of Health. With a focus on clinical operations, David has led teams that maximized quality and patient safety, collaborating across disciplines to enhance and improve care with careful attention to evidence based practices. David provides oversight of the home care and facility-based teams, including nursing, social work, and spiritual care, as well as the On-Call team providing care after hours and on weekends.
