HospiceCare
Kendra has served HospiceCare since 2006 and is responsible for all the human resource, payroll and volunteer service functions for our organization. Her areas of responsibility include recruitment and staffing, designing/planning/directing the volunteer program, benefits, classification and compensation, employee relations, career services, payroll, and leadership development.
Kendra holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from West Virginia University Institute of Technology, a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Mountain State University and a Masters of Human Resources Management, (MHRM) from the University of Charleston. She also is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
In her free time, she enjoys being involved in church activities, spending time with her family and friends, exercise, traveling.
