Molly Ingold

Molly Ingold has over 25 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Molly started their career as the Human Resources Director at Licking Memorial Health Systems and later became the Superintendent of Human Resources at Bayer Corporation. In 2003, they joined Hospice of Central Ohio and held the position of Director of Human Resources before being promoted to Vice President of Administrative Services in 2009.

Molly Ingold obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Russian Education from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 1969 to 1973. Molly then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Student Personnel from the same university, attending from 1974 to 1976.
