Directors Team

The Directors Team at Hospice of Central PA comprises executives who oversee critical functions within the organization to ensure the delivery of high-quality end-of-life care. This team includes the Director of Data Analytics, who manages data-driven insights; the Director of Marketing, responsible for outreach and brand management; the Medical Director, overseeing clinical standards and patient care; the Director of Finance, who handles financial planning and sustainability; the Director of Human Resources, managing staff and workplace culture; the Director of Development, focusing on fundraising and donor relations; and the Director of Quality & Compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations and maintaining service excellence. Together, they strategize and coordinate efforts to fulfill HCP's mission of providing compassionate and comprehensive hospice care.
