Jasmin Rippon

Executive Director, Hospice of Chattanooga Foundation at HOSPICE OF CHATTANOOGA INC

Jasmin Rippon is the Executive Director of Hospice of Chattanooga Foundation at Hospice of Chattanooga, Inc. Jasmin has been in this position since May of 2012. Prior to that, they were the Events & Corporate Relations Manager at Siskin Children's Institute from August of 2007 to May of 2012. In that role, they were responsible for identifying, cultivating and soliciting gifts from regional and national corporations, as well as individuals in support of institutional priorities and projects. Additionally, they were accountable for all aspects of the Institute’s fundraising event management.

Some key highlights from their time at Siskin Children's Institute include overseeing a combined net of over $1.1 million in 4 years through StyleWorks and StarNight events, setting a StyleWorks record in 2010 with a net of over $106,000 and increasing the number of corporate sponsors by 50%, setting a StarNight record in 2008 with a net of over $300,000+ and 1700 attendees, developing and implementing sponsorship levels for StarNight, adding a silent auction preview party in 2009, ArtWorks, to the established event StyleWorks which increased the net by $10,000 and attendance by 400, and being appointed a member of the Electronic Fundraising Taskforce planning the Institute’s strategic direction of using the internet to raise significant capital for annual fund and special projects.

Jasmin Rippon has a B.A. in Communications from Michigan State University. Jasmin also has a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Communications and Mass Media from Michigan State University College of Communication Arts and Sciences. Jasmin is certified in Developing Annual Sustainability from The Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University.
