Caylyn Eubanks possesses extensive experience in nursing and clinical informatics, having worked at Hospice Of Cincinnati since October 2019 in various roles, including Clinical Informaticist, Senior Clinical Applications Trainer, and Case Manager. Previously, Caylyn served at TriHealth from July 2010 to October 2019 as Nursing Supervisor, Staff Registered Nurse, and Registrar. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Ohio University (2016-2018), an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Galen College of Nursing-Cincinnati (2013-2015), and a Bachelor of Science in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching from Lee University (2006-2010).

Fernside, a 501(c)(3) organization, is an affiliate of Hospice of Cincinnati. Hospice of Cincinnati is a non-profit hospice sponsored by Bethesda Inc. in a collaborative community partnership with TriHealth and Bon Secours Mercy Health.
