John began their career as a Clinical Lab Scientist at Hoxworth Blood Center from February 1991 to March 2000 and also worked as Research Assistant II at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from January 1989 to February 1991. John Rugg holds an MBA from Xavier University and bachelor's degrees in Information Technology and Biology from the University of Cincinnati.
