Hospice Of Cincinnati
Mindy Erbland is a licensed independent social worker with extensive experience in various social work roles. Since October 2014, Mindy has worked at Hospice of Cincinnati, providing compassionate end-of-life care. Prior to this, Mindy served as a hospital social worker at TriHealth from September 2013 to October 2014 and participated in an interdisciplinary team at TriHealth Senior Link from 2011 to 2014, focusing on keeping seniors safely in their homes. Mindy's background also includes work as a licensed independent social worker in geriatric and adolescent psychology at Mercy from 2007 to 2013, a mental health case manager for children and families at St. Joseph Orphanage from 1999 to 2007, and a juvenile probation officer at Butler County Juvenile Court from 1996 to 1999. Mindy earned a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati (2009-2011) and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Forensic Psychology from Tiffin University (1991-1996).

Fernside, a 501(c)(3) organization, is an affiliate of Hospice of Cincinnati. Hospice of Cincinnati is a non-profit hospice sponsored by Bethesda Inc. in a collaborative community partnership with TriHealth and Bon Secours Mercy Health.
