Stacey Knierim-Clark

Stacey Knierim-Clark is an experienced nursing professional with a focus on hospice and palliative care. Currently serving as an Admissions Coordinator at Hospice of Lenawee since March 2020, Stacey previously held roles at Trinity Health At Home from August 2014 to March 2020, including Virtual Care Center RN and Hospice Clinical Consultant, where responsibilities included providing nationwide telehealth nursing care and developing educational programs for hospice agencies. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care and St. Joseph Mercy Health System, where Stacey oversaw operations, staff development, and quality assurance initiatives. Stacey began a nursing career as a Hospice RN at Beaumont Hospice and West Bloomfield Nursing Center after earning a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Western Michigan University.
