Richard Rossicone

Richard Rossicone M.A. is an experienced music therapist and educator with a diverse background in music therapy and performance. Currently serving as a music therapist at Hospice of New York, Sunharbor Manor Nursing Home, and Chapin Home for the Aging Inc., Richard holds the title of Board Certified Music Therapist. In addition, Richard is the author of "The Complete Guitarists Handbook Volume One" and maintains a blog titled "The Complete Guitarist" on Guitarworld.com. As the creator and owner of Axgrinder.com, Richard focuses on enhancing the skills of guitarists and musicians. With a solid foundation in music education, including multiple advanced degrees in music therapy and performance, Richard also teaches approximately 45 students weekly through Rossicone Music Studios, fostering a comprehensive understanding of music theory, improvisation, and various styles of guitar and piano.
