The Healthcare and Clinical team at Hospice of New York is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families. This multidisciplinary team includes a Music Therapist who offers therapeutic support through music, a Nurse Practitioner and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who manage patient care and symptom relief, a Referral Coordinator who facilitates patient admissions and connections to necessary services, and a Registered Nurse and Clinical Auditor who ensure the highest standards of clinical practice and care quality. Together, they address the spiritual, emotional, physical, and psychosocial needs of patients and their loved ones.
