Nancy Shobe

Nancy "Annie" Shobe is a versatile Key Relationships Manager at Hospice of Santa Barbara, Inc. since September 2022, with extensive experience in media and storytelling as an author, documentary screenwriter, freelance photojournalist and essayist, and photographer since 2008. Shobe has published over 500 articles across various platforms and focuses on the human story, utilizing diverse mediums including documentary films, literary journals, and podcasts. As Director of Development for Showers of Blessing IV, Shobe significantly increased the organization's budget and assisted in its transition to a nonprofit status. Shobe's contributions also include presentations at literary events, screenwriting for documentary films, and travel writing, along with a well-rounded educational background consisting of a Master’s in Psychology from Antioch University and a Bachelor's in Communications from Michigan State University.
