Judi Humble has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Judi began their career at Watsonville Community Hospital in 1989 as an Executive Assistant and stayed there until 2001. In 2002, they joined Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System as a Nursing Office Manager for a year. In 2003, they transitioned to Hospice of Santa Cruz County, where they held various roles including Administrative Analyst, Director of Admin Operations, COO, and ultimately Chief Compliance Officer, a position they currently hold.
Judi Humble completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management at Western Governors University. Judi then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Health Care Administration from the same institution, which they successfully completed in 2016.

As the county’s leading nonprofit provider of hospice care, the hospice program is enriched by community grief support, a children’s bereavement camp, transitional care and palliative care services, pet companion and music therapy programs, hospice care for veterans, and end-of-life education and outreach. Approximately 3,500 Santa Cruz County residents are served annually.
