Jade Gutierrez, BA, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jade started their career as a Sales Clerk at Blockbuster in 2002, where they performed cash register duties and assisted customers with inquiries. In 2003, they worked as a Customer Service Desk Sales Clerk at St. Clair Square Mall, handling cash register duties and selling products. From 2004 to 2014, they worked at Memorial Hospital - Belleville, IL, first as a Sales Clerk, where they provided customer service and operated the cash register. Later, they became the Assistant Gift Shop Manager, responsible for ensuring successful daily retail operations and providing excellent customer service. Since 2014, they have been working at Hospice of Southern Illinois, initially as a Receptionist, and later as a Human Resources Assistant. Currently, they hold the role of Human Resources Generalist.

Jade Gutierrez, BA, PHR obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Corporate Communication from Lindenwood University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Southwestern Illinois College between 2003 and 2005. In 2002, Jade attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they pursued Mass Communication/Media Studies. Jade completed their high school education at Belleville Township High School East, graduating with a High School Diploma in 2002.
