Teresa Jones

Teresa Jones is an accomplished social worker with extensive experience in various roles within the social services and healthcare sectors. Currently, Teresa serves as a Certified Social Worker at Hospice of Southern Kentucky since November 2021. Prior to this role, Teresa worked as an Accounting Bookkeeper for the Jessamine County Board of Education from February to November 2021, and as a Regional Director at Lifeline Home Care Inc. from March 2018 to February 2021, focusing on community-based services that help individuals remain in their homes. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Social Services at Danville Centre for Health and Rehab, and as District Ombudsman for Long Term Care with Kentucky Legal Aid. Teresa has also held positions as a Mental Health Therapist, an Adjunct Professor in the Social Work Department at Western Kentucky University, and Program Director for the Foster Grandparent Program. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Western Kentucky University.
