Teresa Jones is an accomplished social worker with extensive experience in various roles within the social services and healthcare sectors. Currently, Teresa serves as a Certified Social Worker at Hospice of Southern Kentucky since November 2021. Prior to this role, Teresa worked as an Accounting Bookkeeper for the Jessamine County Board of Education from February to November 2021, and as a Regional Director at Lifeline Home Care Inc. from March 2018 to February 2021, focusing on community-based services that help individuals remain in their homes. Hospice of Southern Kentucky

Headquartered in Bowling Green, Kentucky for over thirty years, Hospice of Southern Kentucky (HSK) serves patients throughout a nine county area. Whether a patient is in the Hospice House, a private residence, an assisted living facility, nursing home, or hospital, the HSK team is ready to serve with Help, Support, and Kindness when time matters most. HSK is the home of the Hospice House, a state-of-the-art inpatient facility located in a peaceful setting with scenic views. Constructed for HSK patients and their families, the Hospice House has ten private patient suites, a chapel, play room for the kids, and family room with community kitchen. Families have the option of staying with their loved ones. The caring HSK team offers general inpatient, respite, and residential care twenty-four hours a day. The memorial garden featuring engraved pavers and bricks, koi pond, and park benches and a separate administrative building are located on the property. The HSK team of experienced hospice professionals includes doctors, nurses, certified nursing assistants, chaplains, social workers, cooks, administrators, and others dedicated to providing the best possible care for patients and their families. Trained volunteers are also a vital part of the HSK team and provide a variety of services. HSK is an independent, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. HSK serves the following counties: Allen, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Hart, Logan, Metcalfe, Simpson and Warren.
