Sally Sample

Sally Sample, MD has a vast amount of experience in the medical field. Currently serving as a Hospice Physician and CMO at Hospice of the East Bay, with previous roles as an Inpatient Palliative Care and Staff Physician at John Muir Medical Group, as well as a Medical Director at VITAS Healthcare. Sally Sample, MD completed their Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Florida and holds a degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
