Deborah Howard, LICSW, has over two decades of experience in social work and mental health services. Currently serving as a Social Worker at Hospice of the Fisher Home since June 2016, Deborah has also been involved with the Juvenile Firesetter Intervention Program as a Clinician since 2004. Previous roles include Clinical Social Worker at Baystate Health from April 2012 to November 2020, and Director of Family Support Services at Northeast Center for Youth and Families from June 1999 to April 2012, where responsibilities included managing various therapeutic programs. Deborah has supervised teams, conducted assessments, and provided crisis intervention across multiple settings, including school and community-based environments. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Social Work from Springfield College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
