James Field

James Field is a seasoned professional in pastoral care and education, currently serving as a Care Advocate/Chaplain at Hospice of the North Coast since May 2022. With a strong background in spiritual care, James has previously held chaplaincy roles at Apreva Hospice and VITAS Healthcare, where quality pastoral care was emphasized. In addition to extensive experience in chaplaincy, James has worked in various educational roles, including as a teacher and department chair at Developing Virtue Girls School, and has served in positions that blended technology with education, such as an Information Systems Analyst at Mendocino County Office of Education. James holds a Master of Divinity degree from Starr King School for the Ministry and multiple education-related degrees from UC San Diego and Western Illinois University.
