Kathy Gatto

Kathy Gatto has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kathy began their career in 1986 as a Co-Founder and Vice President of Worldwide Tile and Marble Co., Inc. During their time there, they played a crucial role in the company's growth and success, establishing a strong infrastructure and developing training programs. Kathy stayed with the company until 2004.

In 2005, Kathy worked at Southwest General Health Center where they engaged in grant-funded research and earned an MBA. Kathy secured grant funding for geriatric services and presented their work at a national conference.

From 2007 onwards, Kathy joined Hospice of the Western Reserve, Inc. In their role as Vice President of Support Services, they oversaw the operation of support services, facilities management, and telecommunications systems. Kathy also managed talent acquisition, training, and performance management. Additionally, Kathy served as a Project Consultant for the company, focusing on operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
