Lynn Bussman

Lynn Bussman was appointed Vice President of Marketing and Provider Relations in September 2021. An effective and positive leader, she plans and directs the agency’s strategic marketing plan, oversees a staff of Provider Relations Managers and builds collaborative relationships with Health Systems, payers and professional referral sources across Hospice of the Western Reserve’s service area.

Bussman leads the strategic planning, development and administration of community and professional outreach efforts to promote the agency’s goals, mission and leadership in the healthcare space.

Prior to joining Hospice of the Western Reserve, she has 24 years of healthcare industry experience including long term care pharmacy, hospice and skilled nursing and is excited to bring her personal passion for hospice services to Hospice of the Western Reserve.

Bussman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
