Stephanie Webb has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Stephanie began their career in 2005 as an Administrative Coordinator at Countryside Conservancy, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined Hospice of the Western Reserve as a Registered Nurse and served in that role until 2013. Stephanie then transitioned to University Hospitals, where they worked as a Registered Nurse from 2013 to 2016. Following that, they joined Summa Health as a Nurse Care Manager from 2016 to 2017. Stephanie returned to Hospice of the Western Reserve in 2017 and took on the role of Clinical Team Lead until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Director of Employee Health at Hospice of the Western Reserve, a position they have held since 2021. Stephanie also briefly served as the Interim Human Resources Director at Hospice of the Western Reserve in 2022.
Stephanie Webb completed their education in a sequential order. In 2009-2011, they attended Cuyahoga Community College and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Following this, they attended Ohio University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing in 2019. Afterwards, Stephanie pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nursing Leadership from Ohio University, which they completed in 2022.
In addition to their degrees, Stephanie Webb obtained several certifications throughout their career. Stephanie became a Registered Nurse in Ohio after successfully completing the examination administered by the Board of Nursing in August 2011. In December 2019, they also obtained the Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) certification from the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association. Lastly, in August 2022, Stephanie participated in the Nurse Empowerment Program offered by the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
