Jennifer Phillips, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region since October 1995. In this position, Jennifer is responsible for various HR functions such as recruiting, employee relations, benefits management, and the open enrollment process. Previously, Jennifer held the role of Payroll Manager, overseeing payroll processing for over 200 employees and reconciling financial statements. Additionally, Jennifer worked as a Development Assistant, managing fundraising efforts and donor acknowledgments for a not-for-profit organization. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager at the House of Mercy from 1993 to 1995, where Jennifer handled multiple office duties including payroll and accounting. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University and associate degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Gaston College.
