Chiara Strano

Chiara Strano is currently the Responsable Pôle appels à projets et développement international at Hospices Civils de Lyon since September 2023. Prior to this role, Chiara served as Chargée de mission FEDER at Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes from September 2021 to August 2023, focusing on research, innovation, health, climate, and circular economy, while managing grant applications. Chiara has extensive experience in project management, having worked as a Project Manager at LYON INGENIERIE PROJETS from April 2016 to August 2021, overseeing various EU and national programmes. Previous positions include European Project Manager at INSERM and EURICSE, where Chiara was responsible for the management of EU projects, and Director's Assistant at ALDA, handling institutional relations and event coordination. Chiara began a career as a Jurist Assistant at Cooperatives Europe. Chiara holds a Master's degree in European Business Law from the University of Franche-Comté and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Ferrara.
