Jean-Michel Maury

Jean-Michel Maury serves as a Professor of Thoracic Surgery at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 since May 2019, where responsibilities include teaching and research supervision. Additionally, Jean-Michel Maury holds a position as an Associate at the Centre d’innovation en cancerologie de Lyon and acts as Coordonateur for the Rhône-Alpes-Auvergne RYTHMIC network focused on thymic tumors and cancer. With extensive surgical experience at Hospices Civils de Lyon since September 2010, expertise encompasses thoracic and cardiovascular surgery, including lung and heart-lung transplantation. Previous experience includes a role at AP-HP, Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris, from November 2007 to September 2010.
