Julien Combier

Julien COMBIER has extensive experience in procurement, currently serving as an Acheteur IT at CANUT since January 2024. Prior to this role, Julien held positions at Hospices Civils de Lyon for over two decades, including Acheteur informatique and Responsable industrialisation du poste client. Additionally, Julien worked at UniHA from September 2017 to January 2024 as Acheteur for the Bureau & Bureautique sector, managing a budget of 40 million euros annually, and also conducted procurement for the CAIH, overseeing a larger budget of 60 million euros for IT-related purchases. Julien is an alumnus of EM LYON Business School, specializing in procurement.
