Marcos Felicio

Marcos Felicio serves as the Coordenador de Tecnologia Operacional at Sabesp since April 2025 and is also a Professor de graduação at FIAP and a Professor de Pós-Graduação em Infraestrutura Hospitalar at the Instituto Israelita de Ensino e Pesquisa Albert Einstein, positions held since March 2022 and November 2019 respectively. Previously, Marcos worked at Schneider Electric from April 2012 to April 2025, holding various roles including Regional Solution Architect for the Buildings Segment in South America, focusing on intelligent healthcare solutions, along with responsibilities as a Healthcare & Hotels segment Solution Architect and Product Application Engineer. Marcos began a career at Staefa control system ltda in December 1995, advancing from Analista de Sistemas to Gerente de software. Academic qualifications include a Mastering in System Architecture from CESAMES, an MBA in Project Management from FIAP, and a Bachelor's in Information Systems from Faculdade Módulo Paulista.
