Wallace Andrade

Wallace Andrade is an experienced IT production analyst, currently working at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein since May 2014, where responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and administration of various Avaya systems, such as Communication Manager, System and Session Manager, and Call Management System. Previously, Wallace served as a full support technician at Rhealeza Informática from March 2012 to April 2014, focusing on IBM software, including Amadeus and Maximo. Wallace holds a Superior Tecnólogo degree in Information Technology Management from Sumaré (2016-2018) and is pursuing multiple postgraduate degrees in Telecommunications Networks and Systems at Faculdade Unyleya, alongside teaching English as a second language and studying Kali Linux.
