Tom Kerchinski has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Regional Preparedness Manager for The Hospital & Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania since June 2012. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Facilities Engineer at Elk Regional Health Center from December 1982 to June 2012. Educationally, Tom attended Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Dubois from 1995 to 1999 and also studied at Pennsylvania College of Technology from 1976 to 1978.
