María José Villegas Yañez

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana focuses on the online retail of organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Prior experience includes working as a nutritionist at a private consulting firm from February 2016 to 2019 and teaching at a vocational training school where Mariana instructed courses in applied mathematics for nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
