Judit Gago González

Judit Gago González is a lab manager at Instituto Hospital del Mar de Investigaciones Médicas (IMIM) since June 2023, focusing on immune redirection against solid tumors and senescence. Concurrently, Judit works as a laboratory technician at Vall d'Hebron Institute of Oncology (VHIO), specializing in the generation and characterization of CARs against tumor-specific antigens. Judit has also gained experience through an internship at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) and a student internship at IBB UAB, where research involved genomic diversity and adaptive substitutions. Additional roles include mentoring in bioinformatics for high school students, teaching English at English Trek, and serving as a scientific monitor for children's experiments. Judit holds a Bachelor's degree in Genetics from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, expected to be completed in July 2024, and a Técnico superior en laboratorio clínico y biomédico from Institut Hospital del Mar FP Sanitària.
