Danielle Bruno

Danielle Bruno is a seasoned professional in ambassador and patient services with extensive experience in the sports and healthcare industries. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Ambassador Services at the Hospital for Special Surgery since November 2019, Danielle has progressed through roles including Manager and Patient Relationship Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Premium Supervisor at Legends and a role on the Launch Crew for the New York Jets, where responsibilities included enhancing fan engagement and coordinating in-game promotions. Danielle also gained valuable experience as a Youth Hockey Intern with the Providence Bruins, overseeing youth events and facilitating communication between teams and staff. Danielle holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Sports, Entertainment, and Event Management from Johnson & Wales University.
