Danielle Dorter

Danielle Dorter is a seasoned professional in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Employee Relations at the Hospital for Special Surgery since April 2025, following a role as Sr. Director of Employee Relations. Prior experience includes a contract position as Human Resources Program Lead at Corient, where development and integration of policies took place across acquired firms, and an interim role as Head of HR at Civic Entertainment Group, LLC. Danielle has also held various senior positions at IPG Mediabrands, including SVP roles that encompassed Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Legal Compliance. Earlier experiences include directing human resources at ID Media and G2 Direct & Digital, and contributing to cultural integration at Euro RSCG Life. Danielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from SUNY New Paltz.
