Sophie Goloff

Sophie Goloff is an experienced occupational therapist specializing in hand therapy, currently employed at the Hospital for Special Surgery since September 2020. Prior to this role, Sophie worked at Hand Therapy NYC as a per diem occupational therapist and completed a hand therapy fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery. Previous experiences include positions at Athletico, Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and Fort HealthCare, where Sophie provided comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and education for various patient populations. Sophie began the professional journey as a verbal behavior therapist and research assistant during academic studies at Washington University in St. Louis, where a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology was obtained, followed by a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Currently, Sophie is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Occupational Therapy at New York University.
