Fernando Gil Bort

Fernando Gil Bort currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Hospital Intermutual de Levante since January 2018 and has been a Socio Director at Agil Consultores since 2004, leading consulting projects in strategy, business development, and HR. Additionally, Fernando held positions as Vice President of the Social Council at Universitat de València and ADEIT Fundación Universidad-Empresa from February 2020 to June 2023. A former executive coach at Lee Hetch Harrison, Fernando also taught at EOI and Universidad de Valencia in the field of business management.
