Matias Villalba

Matias Villalba, MD, is an accomplished orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist with extensive experience in various prestigious roles. Since January 2005, Matias has served as the Director of the Sports Program and the Sports Medicine Center at Hospital Privado Universitario de Córdoba, alongside positions focusing on sports traumatology and arthroscopy. Matias is an influential figure in medical education as the Director of Postgraduate Training in Sports Traumatology and Arthroscopy at Instituto Universitario de Ciencias Biomédicas de Córdoba and a professor in the same field. Additionally, Matias holds significant positions in professional associations, including membership in the Asociación Argentina de Traumatología del Deporte and the Asociación Argentina de Artroscopia.
