Holly Kesterson

Holly Kesterson serves as the Human Resources Director at Hospital Sisters Health System since May 2013, bringing a wealth of experience that includes roles as Colleague Relations Partner, Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, and HR Generalist, with a focus on executive recruiting and colleague relations. Prior to this, Holly worked as an HR Clerk at St. John's Hospital and gained early experience as a student worker in data entry and event services at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where recognition was received as Employee of the Month in November 2009. Holly's academic credentials include a Master's of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication - Health from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
