Jeff Vail

Jeff Vail is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science and performance improvement within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Data Science Manager at Hospital Sisters Health System since October 2014, Jeff has also held various roles including Business Analyst, Director of Performance Improvement, and Division Process Improvement Analyst. Prior to this, Jeff was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Missouri from January 2019 to November 2020 and co-founded Design To Improve Consulting, contributing to the field from October 2015 to November 2020. Jeff's career began at Sherwin Williams, where a tenure from May 1998 to October 2014 included positions such as Operations Manager, Business Analyst, and Site Administrator. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Master’s degree in Information Technology, both from Eastern Illinois University.
