Peter Wong serves as the Vice President and Chief Performance Improvement Officer at Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) since 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing quality, patient safety, patient experience, and performance measurement throughout HSHS’s Illinois locations and affiliated medical group practice. Prior experience encompasses leadership roles in clinical effectiveness and quality at Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System and Mercy Health Partners. Peter Wong's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Outcomes Research and Pharmacoeconomics from the University of Cincinnati, as well as master's degrees in Pharmacy and Health Care Management from The University of Toledo, and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University.
