Kevin is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Hospitality Alliance, a company that provides comprehensive services to the hotel and food and beverage industries. Kevin Lillis is also a Board Member and Member Experience Officer at YPO, a global leadership community. In 2020, they founded and became the President of Hospitality Coalition Against Domestic Violence, an organization dedicated to providing resources for victims of domestic abuse. Previously, they served as the CEO and Managing Partner of Victory Combat Sports, a sports production and marketing company. Kevin also held roles such as Head of Acquisitions and Development at The Surf Lodge, Executive VP of Retail, Food & Beverage at Sahara Group, and Executive VP of Real Estate Development, Food & Beverage at Hampshire Hotels Management, LLC. Kevin Lillis began their career in the real estate industry, working at companies such as Eastern Consolidated, Rockwood Realty Associates, and CB Richard Ellis.
Kevin Lillis received a BA degree in Business and History from Providence College. In addition, they obtained certifications including a Real Estate Brokerage License from the State of NY and CT, as well as a Boxing Promoter License from the Athletic Commission of Massachusetts.
