Ben Campbell has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Ben most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Hospitality America starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Regional Director of Operations at the same company from December 2019 to January 2022. Before that, they were a General Manager from November 2017 to November 2019 and again from March 2016 to November 2017. Ben also served as the Director of Sales from January 2015 to March 2016.
Before joining Hospitality America, Ben worked as a Revenue Manager at Springboard Hospitality from August 2013 to December 2014. Prior to that, they were a Revenue and Reservations Coordinator at PALISOCIETY from September 2012 to August 2013. Ben began their career at Delaware North as a Department Manager from August 2009 to October 2012.
