Maxence Le Bartz has two main work experiences. From January 2014 to the present, they worked as the Co-CEO and Co-Founder at Hospitality Management Asia. In this role, they managed 17 restaurants in various locations in Thailand. Some of the notable restaurants include Cocotte - Farm Roast & Winery, Victoria By Cocotte, and Mozza By Cocotte. Maxence received recognition for their work, with Cocotte being named the Best New Restaurant of the year 2017 by the Michelin Guide.
Prior to that, from January 2010 to January 2013, Maxence worked as a Cash Management Specialist in Investment Banking at LCL.
Maxence Le Bartz completed a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from ESC PAU Business School. Maxence pursued this education from 2006 to 2009.
