Shawanda Jackson

Shawanda Jackson has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as a Lead Line Cook at Diamond Jo Dubuque and a Banquet Cook at Hotel Julien Dubuque since August 2018. In addition to these roles, Shawanda has been a Cook at Limelight Catering since June 2015, a Chef with Bullpen Staffing since February 2014, and a Cook at Macy's Walnut Room since October 2013. Experience also includes a Chef position at Hospitality One and roles with Elegant Touch Staffing as an extra catering staff chef. As Chief Operating Officer at Vanillas Catering Company since May 2011, Shawanda has organized meetings, overseen staff, and managed event budgets. Previous work includes serving as Chef at Hay Street Bar and Grill and Short Order Line Cook at Hms Host. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts from Robert Morris University and an Associate degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, complemented by a certification in Computer Systems Networking.
