Jon Grantham has a diverse work experience. Jon started their career as a Sustainability Marketing Intern at the City of Phoenix in 2012 and later worked as a Multifamily Market Analyst at Pierce Eislen, a Yardi Company. In 2013, they joined Marcus & Millichap as an Associate. Jon then moved to Colliers in 2016, where they held the position of Senior Vice President until 2023. Currently, they are working at HREC Investment Advisors as a Senior Vice President.
Jon Grantham attended Arizona State University from 2008 to 2012. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sustainability with a focus in Economics.
